SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the SMS text messaging program operated by Campbell Business Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to a Campbell Business Solutions LLC employee and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not provide your mobile number or, if you have already enrolled, reply STOP to any message to opt out.
1. Program Description
The Campbell Business Solutions LLC SMS program enables one-to-one business communication between individual Campbell Business Solutions LLC employees and customers, partners, prospects, and other contacts who have an existing or prospective business relationship with us. Each enrolled phone number is assigned to a specific Campbell Business Solutions LLC employee, and messages are sent manually by that employee. The program is not used for marketing broadcasts, promotional offers, group messaging, or automated/API-driven messages.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
By participating in our SMS program, you may receive messages such as:

3. Message Frequency (Cadence)
Message frequency varies based on your individual business interactions with your Campbell Business Solutions LLC contact. Most participants receive a low volume of messages — typically a few per week or fewer. There is no set cadence; messages are sent only as needed for the business communications described above.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for sending and receiving SMS messages are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual wireless plan. Campbell Business Solutions LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to participation in this program. Please contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.
5. Consent and Enrollment
You are enrolled in the SMS program when you provide your mobile phone number to a Campbell Business Solutions LLC employee — for example, when scheduling a meeting, completing onboarding paperwork, signing a service agreement, submitting a form on https://www.cbs-la.com, or initiating contact with our team. By providing your number, you consent to receive SMS messages from a designated Campbell Business Solutions LLC employee in connection with your business relationship with us.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out instructions in Section 7.
6. HELP Information
For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with information on how to contact your Campbell Business Solutions LLC representative or our support team. You may also contact us at any time using the information in Section 12.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages from Campbell Business Solutions LLC at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may also use any of the following keywords: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
After you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from that number. If you change your mind, you can reply START to resume messages, or contact your Campbell Business Solutions LLC representative to re-enroll.
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others
9. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of Campbell Business Solutions LLC's control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered or received in any specific timeframe.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy and our general Privacy Policy. In particular, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please review these policies before enrolling.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to participate in the SMS program. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 16 years old, that the mobile number you provided is yours or that you have authority to enroll it, and that you are not impersonating any other person.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the SMS program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. George Parish, Baton Rouge, LA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Severability
If any provision of these SMS Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
